Anti-PAQR6 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein progestin and adipoQ receptor family member 6. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 344 amino acid residues and a mass of 38 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. Up to 5 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is reported to have brain specific expression. It is a member of the ADIPOR protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include mPR delta, membrane progesterone P4 receptor delta, membrane progesterone receptor delta, progesterone and adipoQ receptor family member 6, and membrane progestin receptor delta. PAQR6 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish and chimpanzee species. Some PAQR6 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. These antibodies are most commonly used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
