Anti-Luteinizing hormone beta polypeptide antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene LHB in humans. The gene may also be known as CGB4, HH23, LSH-B, LSH-beta, lutropin subunit beta, and interstitial cell stimulating hormone, beta chain. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 15.3 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
