33D1 is a monoclonal antibody clone specific to mouse dendritic cells. The target antigen has been reported to be the C-type lectin receptor Clec4A4, also known as dendritic cell inhibitory receptor 2 (DCIR2). The protein can be found in subpopulations of dendritic cells in the spleen, lymph nodes and Peyer’s patches in mice. 33D1 antibodies can be used for flow cytometry of mouse spleenocytes. It can also be used for Western blot and immunofluorescence. Visit the supplier page to know more about reactivity, conjugate/tag and clonality.
