Anti-NHS like 2 antibodies are used for the immunodetection of the protein encoded by the NHSL2 gene. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 1225 amino acid residues and a mass of 133.3 kDa. Alternative splicing is reported to yield 2 different isoforms for this protein. A member of the NHS protein family, it is known to be involved with cell differentiation. Other names for this target antigen include NHS-like protein 2 and TPT1-like protein. Gene orthologs have been identified in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Indicated applications for NHS like 2 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
