Anti-p58IPK antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target p58IPK is a known alias name of the protein DnaJ heat shock protein family (Hsp40) member C3, encoded by the DNAJC3 gene in humans. This 504-amino acid residue protein is reported to be involved in unfolded protein response (UPR) during endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress. It is localized to the ER of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be widely expressed with high level in the pancreas and testis. Other synonyms for p58IPK include ACPHD, ERdj6, and HP58. Indicated applications for p58IPK antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
