Anti-ZNF547 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 547. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 402 amino acid residues and a mass of 46 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. A member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, ZNF547 is suspected to be involved in transcriptional regulation. Synonyms for this target antigen include MBP-1-interacting protein 2A. ZNF547 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat and chimpanzee species. These ZNF547 antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
