Anti-TMEM187 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein transmembrane protein 187. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 261 amino acid residues and a mass of 29.1 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. It is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. Synonyms for this target antigen include DXS9878E, ITBA1, and CXorf12. TMEM187 gene orthologs have been reported in the bovine, frog, zebrafish species. These TMEM187 antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
