Anti-REPIN1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein replication initiator 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 567 amino acid residues and a mass of 63.6 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. REPIN1 is known to be involved with DNA replication and the regulation of transcription. Synonyms for this target antigen include RIP60, ZNF464, Zfp464, 60 kDa origin-specific DNA-binding protein, 60 kDa replication initiation region protein, and AP4. REPIN1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. These Repin1 antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
