Anti-ZNF286A antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 286A. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 521 amino acid residues and a mass of 60.2 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. A member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, ZNF286a is suspected to be involved in transcriptional regulation. Synonyms for this target antigen include zinc finger protein ZNF286. ZNF286A gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. These ZNF286a antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
