Anti-HEATR9 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein HEAT repeat containing 9. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 570 amino acid residues and a mass of 65.7 kDa. Up to 5 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. HEATR9 is known to be involved with hematopoietic progenitor cell differentiation. Synonyms for this target antigen include protein HEATR9 and HEAT repeat-containing protein 9. HEATR9 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is the most common application for the HEATR9 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
