Anti-SPATA45 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein spermatogenesis associated 45. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 98 amino acid residues and a mass of 11.4 kDa. It is a member of the SPATA45 protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include spermatogenesis-associated protein 45 and UPF0732 protein C1orf227. SPATA45 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog and chimpanzee species. Immunofluorescence is the most common application for the SPATA45 antibodies listed below. Immunocytochemistry and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
