There are over 210 anti-ABCC3 antibodies from over 30 different suppliers shown below. Choose from either monoclonal or polyclonal antibodies for a variety of applications, such as Western blot, ELISA, Flow Cytometry, IHC and immunofluorescence.
In humans, this target is encoded by the gene, ATP binding cassette subfamily C member 3 (ABCC3). Orthologs for ABCC3 have also been reported in other species, including mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken.
The canonical ABCC3 protein is 1527 amino acids in length, 169.3 kDa in mass, and has a membrane subcellular localization. It is a member of the ABCC protein family. ABCC3 functions in ABC-type glutathione S-conjugate transporter activity and ABC-type bile acid transporter activity, as well as having a role in metabolism and small molecule transport. Tissue-specific expression of ABCC3 has been observed in several tissues, including brain, kidney, liver, testis, colon and prostate. Post-translational modifications have been described, notably glycosylation.
Synonyms for this protein include: ABC31; EST90757; MLP2; MOAT-D; MRP3; cMOAT2; ATP-binding cassette sub-family C member 3; ATP-binding cassette, sub-family C (CFTR/MRP), member 3.
