Anti-Phospholamban antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene PLN in humans. The Phospholamban protein has a reported amino acid length of 52 and an expected mass of 6.1 kDa. The protein may also be known as CMD1P, CMH18, PLB, and cardiac phospholamban. Variants of this antigen may also be found in other species, including canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat.
