Anti-SH2D4B antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein SH2 domain containing 4B. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 431 amino acid residues and a mass of 51.2 kDa. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. Synonyms for this target antigen include SH2 domain-containing protein 4B and novel SH2 domain-containing protein. SH2D4B gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. Immunofluorescence is the most common application for the SH2D4B antibodies listed below. Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
