Anti-Frizzled related protein antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene FRZB in humans. The gene may also be known as Sfrp3, SRFP3, FRE, FRITZ, FRP-3, FRZB-1, and secreted frizzled-related protein 3. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 36.3 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
