Anti-ATP11 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the ATP11 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the ATPAF1 gene, which encodes ATP synthase mitochondrial F1 complex assembly factor 1. This protein is believed to play an essential role for the assembly of the mitochondrial F1-F0 complex. The human version of ATP11 has a canonical amino acid length of 328 residues and a protein mass of 36.4 kilodaltons, although 3 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the mitochondria of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. ATP11 is a member of the ATP11 protein family. Indicated applications for ATP11 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
