Anti-OAF antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein out at first homolog. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 273 amino acid residues and a mass of 30.7 kDa. It is a member of the OAF protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include HCV NS5A-transactivated protein 13 target protein 2, OAF homolog, and out at first protein homolog. OAF gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. These OAF antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
