Anti-WDR54 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein WD repeat domain 54. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 334 amino acid residues and a mass of 35.9 kDa. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is reported to be expressed in epithelial cells. WDR54 is known to be involved with cilium assembly. Post-translational modifications have been described, including ubiquitination. Synonyms for this target antigen include WD repeat-containing protein 54. WDR54 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. These WDR54 antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
