Anti-ZNF343 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 343. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 599 amino acid residues and a mass of 69.2 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. A member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, ZNF343 is suspected to be involved in transcriptional regulation. ZNF343 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat and chimpanzee species. Indicated applications for ZNF343 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, Immunoprecipitation, and Immunohistochemistry.
