Anti-ORAI calcium release-activated calcium modulator 1 antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene ORAI1 in humans. The gene may also be known as TMEM142A, CRACM1, IMD9, ORAT1, TAM2, calcium release-activated calcium channel protein 1, and protein orai-1. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 32.7 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
