Anti-HVH3 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target HVH3 is a known alias name of the protein dual specificity phosphatase 5, encoded by the DUSP5 gene in humans. This 384-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in MAPK cascade signaling pathways and protein dephosphorylation, among other biological processes. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell. Other synonyms for HVH3 include DUSP and DUSP. Indicated applications for HVH3 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunohistochemistry.
