Anti-ESL1 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The ESL1 antigen is another term for the human protein golgi glycoprotein 1, encoded by the GLG1 gene. The protein is known to bind fibroblast growth factor and E-selectin (cell-adhesion lectin on endothelial cells mediating the binding of neutrophils). Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 1179 residues and a mass of 134.6 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the Golgi and cytoplasm and it is widely expressed across many tissue types. Other alias names for ESL1 include CFR-1 and MG-160. Indicated applications for ESL1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunohistochemistry.
