Anti-RAB34 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein RAB34, member RAS oncogene family. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 198 amino acid residues and a mass of 21.1 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. Up to 4 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. Post-translational modifications have been described, including phosphorylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include nine amino-acid residue-repeats, ras-related protein Rab-39, ras-related protein Rah, and ras-related protein Rab-34. RAB34 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some RAB34 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
