Anti-CINC-2a antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target CINC-2a is a known alias name of the protein C-X-C motif chemokine ligand 2, encoded by the CXCL2 gene in humans. This 107-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in the cellular response to lipopolysaccharides and chemotaxis, among other biological processes. The protein is secreted and features cleaved post-translational modifications. Other synonyms for CINC-2a include GRO2 and GROb. Western Blot is a widely used application for the CINC-2a antibodies listed below. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
