Anti-ZNF134 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 134. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 427 amino acid residues and a mass of 48.5 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. A member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, ZNF134 is suspected to be involved in transcriptional regulation. Synonyms for this target antigen include pHZ-15 and zinc finger protein 134 (clone pHZ-15). Western Blot is the most common application for the ZNF134 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
