Anti-MTH1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the MTH1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the NUDT1 gene, which encodes nudix hydrolase 1. This protein is known to function in pathways of aging and DNA repair, among other biological roles. The human version of MTH1 has a canonical amino acid length of 156 residues and a protein mass of 18 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus, mitochondria, and cytoplasm of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. MTH1 is a member of the Nudix hydrolase protein family. Western Blot is the most common application for the MTH1 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
