Anti-LRRC31 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein leucine rich repeat containing 31. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 552 amino acid residues and a mass of 61.5 kDa. Up to 4 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. Synonyms for this target antigen include epididymis secretory protein Li 293, epididymis secretory sperm binding protein, and leucine-rich repeat-containing protein 31. LRRC31 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. ELISA is the most common application for the LRRC31 antibodies listed below. Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
