Anti-Raptor antibodies detect the protein encoded by the gene RPTOR, or 'regulatory associated protein of MTOR complex 1' in humans. The 1335-amino acid protein is a member of the WD repeat RAPTOR family. The cellular localization is predicted to be cytoplasmic.
