Anti-connecdenn antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the connecdenn antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the DENND1A gene, which encodes DENN domain containing 1A. This protein is known to function in endocytosis and protein transport, among other biological roles. The human version of connecdenn has a canonical amino acid length of 1009 residues and a protein mass of 110.6 kilodaltons, although 7 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cytoplasmic vesicles and cell membrane of cells.
