The target B7H6 is a known alias name of the protein natural killer cell cytotoxicity receptor 3 ligand 1, encoded by the NCR3LG1 gene in humans. This protein has a canonical amino acid length of 454 residues and a mass of 50.8 kDa. It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell and features glycosylated post-translational modifications.
