We wanted to validate surface expression of HLA DR in a human melanoma cell line. To test expression, we treated cells with and without IFN gamma.

We were able to observe HLA Class II expression on the surface of A375 melanoma cells. Expression increased upon IFN gamma treatment, as expected.
Validated as expected
Antibody worked great and will be utilized in future experiments to determine if surface expression of HLA DR changes after drug treatment.
