We routinely use PAX5 to identify B lymphocytes in dog and cat samples, especially in suspected lymphoma cases. It gives clear nuclear staining and has been very helpful in our daily diagnostic work. In my experience, it is one of the most useful markers in our immunohistochemistry panel.

Results Summary

We used this antibody with the ABC-HRP immunohistochemistry method and antigen retrieval at pH 6.0. It produced excellent, strong, and clear nuclear staining in feline lymphoma samples, with minimal background staining. The results were consistent and easy to interpret, making this antibody very useful in our routine diagnostic work.
