CD4+ T cells were isolated immunomagnetically using MACSxpress Beads and were immediately processed for co-culture assay. The kits' efficacy and CD4+ T cells purity was confirmed by flow cytometry. The isolated CD4+ T cells showed 96.3% purity. The Human MACSxpress® Whole Blood CD4 T Cell Isolation Kit (Miltenyi Biotec) has well optimized protocol with very less time.
