We use the kit to isolate CD4+ T cells from freshly isolated PBMC. The kit allows to negative select and isolate the CD4+ T cells, therefore there is no chance of activating the cells.

Increase 20% the reagents and double incubation times to make sure the sample is pure.
The kit helped us isolate CD4+ T cells from PBMC (from buffy coats), with high purity (90%). Because there's high variation of the cells from donor to donor, we increased the reagents 20% and double the incubation times to make sure we have a better isolation of CD4+ T cells.
