Service Provided:

As a research lab we need and use a lot of pipettes, and we need them calibrated at least once a year. So far, the best service we tried is provided by VWR. They are very responsive, the pipettes are calibrated in the time they mention, and they send all the documents organized, as well as the pipettes. If something is wrong with any pipette they immediately notify and give a quotation.

All: calibration is nicely done; they arrange the pick-up of the pipettes, and we just need to have them packed.

The Bad

The Bottom Line

Recommend VWR for the pipette calibration, as they are very organized. I also appreciate that they organize the pick-up and delivery of the pipettes, and we don't have to worry about anything, just to have the pipettes ready for pick up on the date. Also the after service is good, in case a pipette has an issue and was calibrated recently they check it again.
