The Good
Easy to use; Software gives instructions on how to fix some errors and on important steps (list of steps for start-up, cleaning, shutdown,...); can read a 96-well plate in 1h.
The Bad
Software has bugs, example: when starting a new experiment the "IS" icon doesn't appear on the samples, we need to drag and drop from a previous experiment, which is annoying if we have different cells (and parameters) in the same plate. Error sometimes are not correct: recently we had a clog and the error didn't mention it, instead that the volume of the sample was not enough; or one of the bottles was not plugged in correctly and the error message mentioned a clog
The Bottom Line
The Attunne is easy to use and when it's working properly is perfect; however once the problems, start we try all the different things and can't fix it, and most of the times the service technique needs to come and we lose the experiment.
