Diluted 1:200 in IF buffer (1X PBS+ 5% Normal Donkey Serum+0.3% Triton X-100) for 1hr at room temperature

Rb. Cy3 IgG (Jackson Immunoresearch) 1:500 in IF buffer (1X PBS+ 5% Normal Donkey Serum+0.3% Triton X-100) for 1hr at room temperature
Hoescht 1:10,000 in 1X PBS for 5mins at room temperature
Imaged on EVOS Fl Auto at 40x magnification
Metabolic disorder patient-derived iPSCs were differentiated into hepatocytes and stained with the antibody to analyze mitochondrial morphological changes. The antibody clearly visualized the mitochondria and morphology, with the attached image demonstrating spindly mitochondria in control cells.
