Product Name:

EEA1 Recombinant monoclonal antibody

Catalog Number:

81245-1-RR

Clone Number:

We are interested in understanding the function of a endososome-localized enzyme and use this anti-EEA1 antibody as endosomal marker to validate its subcellular localization. Using sucrose gradient centrifugation and western blotting, we are able to detect the enzyme in the EE1A-containing fraction.
