We tested this Ab to determine if pTAK1 expression was increased following TNF stimulation. We observed by western blot that there was expression but we did not see up regulation. Its unclear if this was due to the sample or the Ab.

We detected pTAK1 Ser412 with this Ab. The band was at the right MW but we did not see any increased in TNF stimulated samples at 5, 15 and 30 minutes post stimulation.
