To evaluate the immunomodulatory effects of our treatment, we treated tumor cells and collected supernatants at 3, 6, and 24 hours post-treatment for cytokine analysis. We compared inflammatory cytokines and chemokines across different treatment conditions and time points to assess temporal changes in inflammatory signaling following the treatment.
