I had the opportunity to test the blotting accelerator, and I found it to be an excellent solution for everyday Western blotting. I no longer need to block my membrane. This product worked wonderfully when I used it as a diluent for the antibody, even without blocking the membrane. I incubated the sample for 30 minutes at room temperature, rinsed it with TBST for 1 minute, and then performed the secondary incubation with the same diluent for 15 minutes. This product undoubtedly reduces the workload, allowing me to complete everything in just one day.

This product helped me a lot in expediting my work. I was able to finish my western in few hours which is generally a two-day long process. The results were also very clean and nice.
