I use Mounting Medium with NucSpot® 640 for nuclear staining in multiplex imaging, as DAPI-containing mounting media can interfere with other UV-excitable probes like BFP or Filipin.

It is a great dye, and superior labeling of nucleus (often better than DAPI).
