Efficient Vacuum Concentrator for Sensitive Samples

In my research, I utilized HPLC to purify specific cell wall fragments, which were subsequently dried using the CentriVap vacuum concentrator. This process allowed me to obtain clean, dry substrates that were later rehydrated and incubated with purified enzymes. This setup enabled me to evaluate enzyme activity on well-defined substrates with high specificity and reproducibility. After rehydration, the dried substrates remained stable and fully soluble. Enzyme assays demonstrated clear, substrate-specific activity, confirming the reliability of both the sample preparation and the downstream reactions.
