Results Summary

Our specific goal was to evaluate human endothelial cell interaction with our newly developed biomaterials. The protocol overview involved in vitro culture of human endothelial cells and subsequent seeding onto our test biomaterial surfaces alongside control surfaces. We then collected cell lysates after a defined incubation period to assess the expression profile of adhesion molecules, which can indicate the biocompatibility and adhesive properties of our materials. The data generated was consistent and has provided a solid foundation for understanding how endothelial cells respond to our biomaterials. We found this quantitative glass slide array to be a reliable and efficient platform for our adhesion molecule profiling needs.

Summary

The Good

High quality.

The Bad

None.

The Bottom Line

Transitioning this array into our research lab was remarkably smooth. The 22-sample kit format was ideal for our experimental design, allowing for simultaneous quantitative analysis of 17 key human adhesion molecules. The kit includes a good, clear guide, and the required sample volume was minimal, which is often a crucial factor.
