The ICAM-1 monoclonal antibody was obtained from ThermoFisher Scientific to stain ICAM-1 in human endothelial cells. Endothelial cells were grown until full confluence, then subjected to growth arrest and fixed in paraformaldehyde. Subsequently, the cells were immunofluorescence-stained with the ICAM-1 monoclonal antibody. Observations were made using a fluorescent microscope, and images were captured. As a negative control, cells stained with control IgG were included in the experiment. The selection of the antibody from ThermoFisher Scientific was based on the information provided in their antibody flyer.
