This study aimed to test the effect of Arp2/3 inhibition on VEGFA-induced actin polymerization in endothelial cells. We observed that the Arp2/3 inhibitor, plate_number_1, blunted the VEGFA-induced actin polymerization, and its inhibition was potent.
