I am investigating the effects of cigarette smoking on osteoarthritis in porcine tissue explant culture. I wanted to evaluate the changes in MMP production when tissue was exposed to smoking conditions. This kit was shipped very quickly and came with detailed instructions and troubleshooting tips. RayBiotech provides free scanning services to all glass antibody arrays, and their customer service was very helpful when it came to answering technical questions, shipping samples, and data analysis. I would recommend this product and RayBiotech to anyone looking to perform multiplex ELISAs. I will be purchasing from them again very soon.
