Bone marrow cells were harvested from the femurs of mice, followed by blocking, and then immunostained with the FITC anti-mouse lineage cocktail for 20 minutes and other immune surface markers. Flow cytometry was carried out and negative selection with this antibody provided the pool of lineage-negative stem cells.

Results Summary

20 ul FITC anti mouse lineage cocktail was used per sample. Bone marrow cells from femurs were immunostained with this antibody. We wanted to characterize the stem cells between the test and control group. this antibody provided good quality signal to separate lineage negative population from the bone marrow cells and helped us perform downstream analysis.
