We used this CD45 antibody for flow cytometric labeling of CD45 expressing cells in mouse lung tissue. We used it at the recommended 1mg/100ul for 1M cells, and it worked great. We could probably titrate it down further and still have a strong signal. Cells were stained in PBS with 1% FBS, for 30 min at room temperature, before fixation with 4% PFA.

We were able to identify CD45+ cells in the mouse lung. This was used as a dump gate to exclude immune cells from our downstream analysis of stromal cells in the murine lung.
