This product is excellent and I highly recommend it. I used it to detect IL10 in the supernatant. Cells were treated with the drug, and after 24 hours, supernatants were collected and stored at -80°C for IL10 ELISA. The kit is user-friendly with a straightforward protocol. I've used this product twice at different times, and the results are consistently reproducible. One suggestion for the standard curve is to use 600 pg/ml as the highest dose.

I seed half million of cells in 3 ml medium, and 24hours later the supernatant is collected.
I got reliable results in my 3 biological repeats. And the results are consistent among them. The standard curve is also consistent among each repeats.
